Do I need my Class 7 licence before I start?
Yes. You must have a valid Alberta Class 7 Learner's Licence to participate in any in-car training. You can start the online classroom portion beforehand.
Who delivers the classroom instruction?
Classroom instruction is delivered in partnership with an approved Alberta driving school partner, ensuring it meets all Alberta Transportation mandatory classroom requirements. In-vehicle instruction is delivered directly by our certified Integrity Zone Driver Education instructors.
How long do I have to complete my course?
All course requirements must be completed within 12 months of your registration date. If training isn't completed within this period, no refund will be issued.
What if I need to cancel a lesson?
We require at least 24 hours' advance written notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a $75 + GST late cancellation fee.
Will I get an Insurance Reduction Certificate?
Yes — if you complete a qualifying package (minimum 15 hrs classroom + 10 hrs in-car) and meet the required performance standards (80% on the classroom assessment, 75% independent driving ability). Partial completions do not qualify.
Does Integrity Zone Driver Education guarantee I'll pass my road test?
We do not guarantee road test results, but we're committed to preparing you as thoroughly as possible.
What is your refund policy?
Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel and how much training you've completed. Full details are outlined in our Student Contract and Refund Policy, which complies with Alberta Driver Training School refund requirements.
